myPT assistant is designed to help personal trainers by keeping track of schedules, clients general information, classes, sessions accounts, fitness parameters and more ....

The computations of Body Fat, BMI, BMR and Lean mass are based on the caliper values recorded with the method of Jackson-Pollock 3site and 4site, Durnim/Womersley and on the Girth (Tape) method.

Graphs of Weight, Body Fat, BMI and measurement parameters evolution are updated at each new computation.

The Dashboard displays the incoming sessions scheduled with the date, time, clients or classes name and session status.History of sessions is display upon selection of a session.

The user friendly Schedule module allows the entry of sessions with the date, client or class name . A special module allow the entry of recurrent schedule.

The Class management includes an attendance card for each session in order to charge or not clients registered in this class.

The Exercise function allows user to create a set of exercises based on body part and subpart with detailed step, if necessary.

The Program function will regroup exercise that the user wants to perform during a session. Program performed can be attached to session by the user for further reference.

The Help & Tool module includes many features such as Settings, Manual, Contact, FAQ, Charts and more.
The Sync function allows the synchronization of crucial data between the iPhone and iPad.
The Settings feature allows to choose different themes, date formats, units, currencies, Internal alerts and create Passcode protection.

On the iPad version a message center displays permanent options, actions or warning recommended to the user.
The application is available on iPhone in an iPhone version.
